3. Eligibility

• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising policies, including Facebook’s and Instagram’s terms.

4. Payment and Fees

• Service fees must be paid as agreed upon in the service contract.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• No refunds will be issued once a campaign has started unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

• Provide necessary access to ad accounts and relevant materials.
• Ensure that their advertisements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any content created by Airlift Advertising remains our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients must have the rights to any materials they provide for ad campaigns.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Airlift Advertising is not liable for platform-related issues, including Facebook and Instagram algorithm changes.
• We do not guarantee specific results but will use best practices to optimize campaigns.
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to Terms
